Our goal at Picture Perfect House is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. 

In case of camera failure or other unforeseen incident that prevents Picture Perfect House from shooting on a scheduled date, client will receive a credit towards their next appointment or a refund to the credit card used.

No refunds will be given for a job already completed. Any reshoot requests will have a $50 minimum charge.
